Things I want to teach my daughter(s)

1. Do not conform any longer to the patterns of this world. Be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought. Romans 12:1-3

2.Learn to form a healthy relationship with food and exercise. Be free.
 3. Don't pick at your face. Its so not worth it.
 4. You have a LONG time to be a woman, but such a short time to be a girl.
BE A GIRL.
Don't push the woman thing. It is imminent.

 5. TRAVEL. TRAVEL. TRAVEL. (and when you get the chance to...be grateful.)
 6. Pantyhose are for the birds. Don't mess with them.
 7. Be nice to other girls.
 8. Read often.
9. Play in the rain. Jump in the waves. Ride a bike. Dig in the dirt.
10. LOVE. Don't be scared of it.
11. Face your fears. Don't let them keep you from pursuing your interests/gifts/talents. Meet them head on. Tell them, "you are just fear. I see you. I recognize you. Now move along."
12. Makeup is for fun. It is a tool. It is not a necessity nor a mask. Don't abuse it.
13. Modesty is a beautiful attribute.
14. SHARE.
15. You have a good daddy. He sacrifices a lot for you. Respect him. And thank him.

16. Good taste in music is your birthright. Follow accordingly.
17. You were FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE.
18. You were made in the IMAGE of GOD. AND SO WAS EVERYONE ELSE.
19. Quirky people have more fun and stress less.

20. I'm sorry. This world is tough, baby girl. I'm sorry.
